I'm gonna fuckin try to wing something by the seat of my pants here in a little bit. I got some killer produce, lots of options, plenty of protein, sweet, acid, spicy, umami...let's see if I come out looking a hero or a zero.
Fresh garlic - fresh ginger root - onion - broccoli - carrots - sugar snap & snow peas - brussel sprouts - red Fresno peppers - dried black shitakes - Udon noodles - chicken, steak, roasted pork, cold water tails - rice wine, balsamic and white wine vinegars - Ponzu - soy sauce - Szechuan Sauce
