Grab it if you see it. I mail order it or have brother in law send it from an Italian import/grocery in Tampa. Best pasta you can buy! Not cheap, but worth it. We use De Cecco for the usual...Still looking for a condensed video of the one I posted. Guy is French in the vid, but a great cook and lots of Italian. He's obsessive as well. One episode he tracks down some store in Paris where all they sell is black pepper . Determined to find the guy and will post when I do

This place is amazing as well. Bakery and they own a deli that operates as a restaurant as well. All their food is crazy amazing and quite possibly the best pizza in Rome. First place I go when I get there. Always bookend a trip with a couple days at the end. Cheaper to fly out of too

My name is Dr. Horatio Lemmiwinks Bubbles III. I come from the east and generally like to travel downhill if that option is available. Sometimes I go up, but it gives me terrible geyhs and a bad raysch, so down is always preferable. And it's just easier, especially if I am pulling my wagon.
