Store had some thick cut T-bone pork chops so I do what I do best and grill them to perfection. Now wish the store would carry these more often.

@bushmasterar15 well damn now I am hungry again  Olive Garden Restaurant? I gotta say your home cooking looks better.

Congratulations on 19 years married!

Still no heavy lifting for me the wife took care of the smoker duties. 15lb brisket trimmed back and seasoned, overnight in fridge then onto smoker at 225f, smoked 6hrs till internal temp was 165f. Pulled off and wrapped in pink butcher paper and back to the smoker another 6hrs till probe was reading 195-205f. Then sat for almost an hour resting before slicing into it. Wife also made potato salad and bbq baked beans.

Another day wife fired the smoker up and made citrus marinated chicken thighs and garlic herb dry rub legs. Smoked sweet potatoes wrapped up and corn on the cob all done in the smoker. Can’t forget the spinach artichoke dip my son asked for.
