Ya i said i didn’t like smoked brisket…or ribs! Now some of the stuff @Frankthetank posts may change my mind! I will eat some smoked pork, chicken, turkey, or even some honey ham! Usually brisket tho it cooks so long it has too much of a smoky flavor for my taste!
