My states surrounded by recreational states. We're medical only. We may be recreational by the end of the year, but ofcourse their gonna fuck it up in some way. No mention of being able to grow, all purchases would be done at state stores like our alcohol.
The biggest problem with our state constitution is we dont have referendum voting on anything. They dont give a shit what the people want. Big brother will make all your decisions for you.

Nebraska voted for medical and the state literally ignored what the people voted for (it passed!) This is the most god awful fucking state in the USA. Nothing but racist white farmers everywhere. Their daddy's daddy's daddy's farms, blah blah. Fuckin mullets everywhere.

Same here! No way to get a statewide initiative on the ballot! Why cities have been voting 1 by 1 to decriminalize! And our bastard AG is fighting them in court! :cuss::finger::rofl:

I guess I can see where referendum voting can be a double edged sword. What you want versus what you can afford, can get a state in deep financial do-do. But legalization topics is a whole nother thing. Voters should have a more direct say.

"decriminalization".......man, that'z a long word to type out :whew: jus sayin....:coffee: ppp

Word here is they will erase all the weed felonies from the records when it gets legalized, but that sure wont give my brother back a lifetime of jobs he was turned down on due to a felony 35 years ago for $20 worth of weed. Or the 9 months in jail he did.

Talk about a jip apparently its because it went before a court created in 2023 and consisting of 3 judges our governor appointed! Apparently this court was created simply to hear cases where the state was being sued or suing somebody! As if its not a given which way they are gonna rule on everything! I think 3 or 4 sessions now we have had a statewide decriminalization bill go thru every stage but final vote and our bastard Lt Gov refuses to put it up for vote!
