Daughter is coming over Saturday to help me cut and trim my Blackberrys. I almost wish it was February/March just to smell the jars after a 4 month cure. I have truly become a believer that cured smoke is best after 3-4 months. What a jump in smell, taste and I swear the buds seem more compact/tighter.
But I'm not above alittle snip here and there.
