Problem: Hi all. I figured I would start a ticket in case this doesn’t resolve on its own. I am seeing interveinal chlorosis on new growth on my plant day 19 from sprout. No other issues so far. Plant has been growing vigorously up to this point.

-Medium/grow method: Soil. BuildASoil water-only Living Organic Soil 3.0. In 5 gallon fabric pot.

-Feed and supplements used: No feeding. Have been watering with:
- aloe powder 1/2tsp per gallon once a week
- Rootwise Mycrobe Complete (like Recharge) 1 tsp per gallon once a week,
- Rootwise Bio Catalyst digestive enzymes 5ml per gallon once a week
-Mammoth P .6 ml per gallon once a week

-Water source: Pur filtered tap water

-Strain and age: RocBud G-Roc Auto day 19 from sprout

-Climate: Temps 74-78F. Humidity 55-75% RH

- Light used: HLG 65 4000k. Currently Sitting 26” from canopy. Running 24/0 right now to avoid nighttime temp drop

-Additional info: I first noticed about a week ago. But it has gotten noticeably worse since I watered 48 hours ago. It was my first “full water” and she got a little over half a gallon(maybe 2500ml). Could this point to overwatering?

Also, I have a soil probe and it’s showing 6.4-ish PH.

Had something similar, after some posts and help figured my medium may be too hot with amendments causing a slight lock out and maybe some over watering adding to the issue. Those dont look over watered to me. Advice I was given was just give them plain water (to avoid giving the plant any more nutes) and allow it to use what was available in the soil.

Looks like we are definitely going through similar issues. I’m running through the same list of possible culprits..... Light stress, magnesium deficiency, iron deficiency, too hot soil, lockout, overwatering. I’m going to take a step back for a couple days and see how she progresses. I am due for a top dress this week. I’ll have to make a decision on that soon.

You can foliar epsom and see if you notice improvement. I'd probably do that before adding to soil since I use Dolomite.

Keep an eye on Ph. I'm running BAS LOS 3.0 with peat/perlite/compost. Ph eventually tanked to the low 5's. Currently remediating with some Dolomite and Oyster Shell. For future runs I will add that up front. The mineral mix only contains gypsum, which doesn't buffer Ph.

Interesting you mention low PH as my last run with LOS 3.0 I was measuring super low soil PH at the end of the grow. I chalked it up to an inaccurate probe. Has it done that for you on multiple runs?
