Sweet Seeds Yozhik's First Grow: Sweet Seeds Cream Caramel, Cream Mandarine, Devil Cream and Killer Kush

Looking good Yozhik. Really liking the look of those Killer Kush
And yeah I wouldn't worry about the lighter green colour on the DC's... Here's a pic of the one I did on day 13 and it was also a bit on the paler side... definitely didn't effect growth as this thing was 42" by day 40 :P

I love 'em already.
A dream strain for a novice.
Put them in the soil and watch them grow.
Consistent structure, and low maintenance.
I know it's only Day 13 and there is a long way to go, but so far, they're VERY impressive.

Good to know!!!
Thanks Hans.

DAY 14 - [morning of]:

Temperatures: ... Under HPS ~29 ℃ ... Ambient Room 26 ℃
Humidity RH%: ... 40 [+/- 5%]
Lighting: ... 2 x 600w HPS ... 28" from plants
Schedule: ... 20/4
Nutrients: ... B-52, Piranha, Voodoo Juice, Sensi Grow A + B ... all 1ml/l
Feeding: ... approx 1 pint [600ml] each

First full day since the division into two Sorority Houses.
Also first full feeding since the division - the babies needed it this morning.
With the switching on of a second 600w HPS, there has been a noticeable increase in tent temperatures, and a marked decrease in RH%.
The ventilation fan, regulated by the Digital Controller, is pretty much on full time. It's a Can Fan Max Pro, and has two speeds - I'm using the lower speed, so I still have some 'headroom' if it becomes too hot, but at this time, environment is being perfectly controlled. Air circulation is also under control.

I'm thinking this coming weekend might be a good time to do the transplanting from the 6L airpots to the 30L Airpots.
Once they're in their final homes, I can then give some LST serious consideration.

It seems I now have a security guard for the tent.

... but CCTV installed to monitor staff reveals the security guards true intent and lack of work ethic ... she's obviously just likes the warmth of the HPS and is blagging it ...

Unexpected bonus ... with the horticultural activity in the basement, the temperature and humidity changes have resulted in the 'damp' smell disappearing.

Happy days!

Now hoping the higher basement temps can act as "underfloor heating" for the house during the winter months ...

DAY 15 - [morning of]:

Temperatures: ... Under HPS ~29 ℃ ... Ambient Room 26 ℃
Humidity RH%: ... 35 [+/- 5%]
Lighting:
... 2 x 600w HPS ... 28" from plants
Schedule: ... 20/4
Nutrients: ... B-52, Piranha, Voodoo Juice, Sensi Grow A + B ... all 1ml/l
Feeding: ... no feeding this morning

A couple of niggly issues creeping into the tent.
Nothing major - just those tiny things which tickle your bliss, and remind you not to get too confident.

Cream Caramel 2 is exhibiting signs of being a little prima donna.
All the other students are happy with campus conditions, but CC2 has chosen to throw a slight nute burn tantrum.
Might have to give her an individual diet, which is a slight annoyance more than anything else. Not a difficult thing to do, but just ... well ... you know ... pain in the ass having to cater for one little prissy princess who thinks she is different to the others. C'est la vie.

Devil Cream 3 has a hint of cupping on one or two of her leaves, but nothing I'm too concerned about ... yet.

Environmental niggle is the humidity.
Turning the second 600w HPS on has really altered the climate.
Temperature rise doesn't worry me - the extractor fan is more than capable of keeping that under control, and regulated by the Digital Temp Controller, is doing exactly that.
However, the humidity is not something I anticipated to such a degree, with RH% in the low 30's.
I'm going to move the hygrometer around the tent and measure at varying positions, to make sure I get an overall picture of campus climate, and not just a myopic view of conditions directly under the HPS.
Monitoring closely.

I've also turned into campus voyeur this morning, and snapped a couple of upskirt photos.
Recently I've been waxing lyrical about how much the Killer Kush strain has been impressing me, but realised we hadn't really taken a good look under the hood. So Killer Kush 1 became the target of my attention, and I managed to get a lovely view of her nether regions;

I opted for a group upskirt of the Kappa Mu girls, to really show off their legs;

... you can see from the last three photos how symmetrical and homogeneous the Killer Kush is proving to be.

The ladies are lookin thriller bro
Nice job for sure
Awesome setup btw as well

Very much
Def a good lookn space ya have there

Nice setup, had very similar humidity problems when I had my bigger tent (green qube 120x240) which was ongoing until I switched to led about halfway through the grow.. Couldn't tell from the pictures are you running a humidifier ?.

Also meant to add I have very similar water to yourself at the tap Ph 7.8 ec 0.04-0.05 in winter and around 0.6 in summer. I have been having better success since I have been using a filter, with less cal mag problems. It has took me a year to get to the point of having water that now seems just about OK for the plants.
