SO back to the topic lol... As of 12am the 6 Buckeye Smash and 3 Amazons were put to 12/12. Hopefully they will start to bud up soon. I'm hoping in 7-10 days to have little buds forming everywhere... We'll see how it goes...

Should I even bother to collect pollen from any of the F1 males? Or should I just wait for the F2 males? This I need to know so any advice would be much appreciated. I'm also considering LST'ing the Bucks since they are very bushy I'm hoping the LST will fatten them up... I'll need help with that too. I'm not sure if LST is more for keeping the plant small or helps produce fat colas or both... I got some research to do!

I'm tackling a bunch of new things right now so I'll appreciate all the help I can get. But what would a Rebel grow be without a full plate? :smoke: It's been too quiet for too long LOL Now it's getting more like I'm used too... HECTIC! :smokebuds:

So I've been thinking bout this... I have a PAK x Sour60 Male that is alive and well right now and about to start droppin' pollen. The Speedy G of course and I also sowed 2 Assassins last night that are Sativa Doms. If I can get an Assassin Male out of those 2 that would ideally be the best scenario correct? Since the original Dad was an Assassin?

I'm thinking that would be best and I can always just do a branch or two with the love brush and let them go as long as needed for the seeds to mature... Then I can harvest the rest of the plant whenever it's ready... I hope I'm correct in my thinking. Either way I know one of my Buds will help! :smokebuds:

I know this is a good thing either way, even though they obviously aren't true autos, because they will still give me lots of top quality meds. They look to be great yielders...

Mossy I just tried to PM you. Your box is full. I wanted to discuss this with you more privately. Without divulging personal info I will just say I was checking my home notes and the 3 Rogues weren't from YOUR stock. They were from someone else. I think it's possible these aren't straight Duurty or Straight JEMS. I should have seen this a long time ago. I don't know why I was thinking these were the last I had from your stock... This brings things to a whole new light. Because I don't think it's my conditions. I have 6 other Autos, all different strains, and they auto'd just fine and it's business as usual. It's only them 3 and my F1's. I would assume this is to be expected with an F1 photo to auto cross...

Sorry about your problems West, that blows man. I must be a lucky one. My wifes very understanding and doesnt say anything. I must have lucked out. Yes keep pollen from male. Depends on what you want at F 2 but regardless either way you do it you will not be full auto until F 3. The best way IMO would be to take male F 1 and in breed to female F1. That way you end up with more of the photo potency and characteristics. If you back cross F 1 to auto you will see more autos in the F 2 but you will be 75% auto characteristics and 25% photo. In breeding will Only give you roughly 25% auto at F 2 but 50-50 in chracteristics. Take a male and female out of your F 2 that auto and in breed again. Now you will be Full auto but carrying more photo characteristics then if you were to back cross to the auto. It's all about what you want at F 2 but either way F 3 will be auto just a matter of the amount of the genes you get at the end. With my GDP x Dragon I'm not worrie about having more autos at F 2. Either way it's F 3 that will be full auto but I want more of the GDP potency and structure so I will inbreed to F 3. I would then take a auto male from the F 2 and back cross to the original GDP female. Then breed the inbred F 3 to the F 3 of the auto male I back crossed to the GDP and breed them together. That way you end up with a full auto carrying most of the photos chracteristics. Hope this makes sence bro I half asleep lol. If Im hard to follow shoot me message and I'll get back to you in the am to clarify anything I may have said wrong or you didn't follow.
