Wicked Pissah Seeds

Ever see breeders label seeds as Bird seed or Hemp? That's to get around the laws.

Here's a quick search.

In the United States, cannabis seeds cannot cross state lines because marijuana products are still illegal under federal law. Though rare, transporting the products across state lines could result in federal criminal charges. This is true even if you are purchasing cannabis seeds in a state that authorizes it and entering a state that also authorizes it.

The same is true for buying cannabis seeds in another country. It may sound like a great idea to buy cannabis seeds while visiting one of the world-renowned marijuana seed banks that exist in places such as the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. But when you re-enter the U.S. with your goods, Customs and Border Protection will seize any seeds they find, even if your plane landed in a state where they are legal. Again, it goes back to marijuana being illegal under federal law.

Seeds from out of country are covered under dept of agriculture, you cant legally import any seeds with out there approval. That being said alot of what Growers, breeders and Users do is illegal. and the small disclaimer selling them as novelty bird seed or hemp is a farce in hopes of it covering something in your day of reckoning , Note those selling them as hemp seeds the USDA could come after you for not selling "Certified Hemp Seeds " with lab reports also look at what they tried to do to gypsy nirvana in maine years ago. Me no longer being the breeder and distributor is a huge burden off my back regardless. sorry for my sporadic mindless ramblings. i work way to much running on 5 hours of sleep a day

Oh No please lets leave the negativity and fake news on trollitup.
Here it is:
In late 2018, FDA advanced three hemp seed derived food products through the Agency’s Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) process.1 Hemp seeds do not naturally contain cannabidiol (CBD) or THC, which are cannabinoid compounds that are found in other parts of the cannabis plant. The hemp seed products – hulled hemp seed, hemp seed protein powder, and hemp seed oil – can be legally used in the U.S. food supply. Any food products made with these hemp seed ingredients are subject to the same FDA requirements as any other food, such as those related to ingredient and nutrition labeling, as well as the risk-based, prevention focused Food Safety
Modernization Act (PL 111-353) safeguards.2

Since i dont trust profeteers from the sellers nor the corporste sensors i usually advise going to the source.
Yeah, that was just the first thing that popped up at the time. I had found something similar to what you have saying that if they were below .3 or .03% thc you were good. One thing that wasn't brought up was if that could be used cumulatively so if you had 50 seeds that totaled up to more than the .03% you were screwed.

No one can smoke 50 seeds. No one can bear a tank.
Laws are fun too
