Day 73- I deployed the spider mites yesterday in sachets that hang from the plants. Here are some shots so you can see what’s what, by strain.

I’m harvesting the Fog on Friday/Saturday this week and I have a couple of questions. First, I have some spider mites but they seem to not have built any webs, although they have attacked a few sugar leaves on some buds. Is there any problem with smoking that bud or using as edibles despite there being some mites left in there? I’m planning to spray the plants with a hose tomorrow morning to rinse off the mites, a few dead flies, and some soil that splashed around a little. I think that the plants should all be dry by midday due to the high temps we’ll have in the area. Second, my only good drying location is in one of my cars, which sits at about 50% RH. Would doing a dry trim keep enough moisture to dry slowly enough? Thanks!
I’ll take harvest pics with a tape measure and also give some wet weights.

Day 81- the trichomes still seem a little translucent and the sugar leaves are not totally yellowed. Nor are the pistils mostly red. I’m going to sit on these for a few more days. I think I have the spider mites under control after spraying yesterday morning. One of my Cherry Fogs has some bud rot so I chopped the cola and I’m drying a few salvaged buds off that for testing purposes.
Definitely the Blackberry strain will need about 2-3 more weeks. Here’s hoping I can protect them until chop!

That blows about the bud rot looking quite good.
