Mate I’m new to coco this year and I’ve had a hard time transitioning from peat based potting soils! I’ve culled 2 previous auto seeds through fucking them up watering them everyday from a seedling like all the guides say and YouTube pros said! On my 3rd auto attempt now, treated it like soil, watered heavily till run off then waited a week to dry out, then 5 days, then 3 days and before I know it’s twice a day and I’m not in week 5 yet!I have another tent going, that's coco
Yeah and for me too. But that was only the first week, I weighed the pot when it was dry, then weighed it when it was fully saturated with 20% runoff. When it had lost 70% of the wet weight, I watered again and for me that’s the way to do the first 2 or 3 watering in coco, using a decent strength feed. Wet/dry cycleA week without water in coco???
That goes against everything i ever read about growing in coco...

Whatever works for you, I tried the daily watering from seed and it didn’t work for me, this run I’ve matched watering to the plants needs and it’s working fine. What's the brand of coco? I need to stay well away from that! Coco or coco/perlite I've seen run flood and drain, every 6 hrs, no issues.... I've never had a coco run that I've gone more than 24 hrs between fertigation.
