I believe I have a nutrient deficiency. Some purple stems, lower leaves drooping, leaves showing signs of all the deficiencies according to pictures I’ve seen.
Fox farms OF with coco on top. My thoughts were the seeds would start in coco and be slowly introduced to FF
Fox farms trio pack 1/3 of their recommendations. Didn’t start any nutrients until week 3 and then just gro big every other watering.
I know I underwatered for about a week. 1st little whits hairs I used1/4 recommendations of grow big and big bud. That’s when I started seeing kind of a mixed bag of small rust spots and yellowing in oldest leaves. I increased water to get more runoff. My water was 6.5. I checked the runoff and it was 6.9. Every 3rd watering I use the kit with my ph up down to help confidence in my meter. Stopped grow big and started tiger bloom 1/3 recommendation. Things continued to get worse. Tops are lighter green than healthy lower leaves.
Tap water. I leave it out for 2 days and it’s room temp when used.
Samsquach x forum stomper,3 bears, cdc and sour stomper. (Nice ha)
2 spider farmer sf 1000 not dimmed but right heights according to their instructions.24 hours
Gets down to 70 at night 80 daytime. My humidity was 70 until I saw the 1st hairs and then around 50 to as high as 70 the first few hours after watering.
They’re growing decently. They’re all 3 days apart 50 days to what 38. Not dying but not awesome. Being they’re the best auto genetics I’ve had I’m not eye balling anything. Good air flow, always had fans, didn’t use exhaust until I wanted lower humidity.
Been growing for a long time inside and out but only my 2nd auto only grow and had similar problems last time.
I had seen a picture on the forum that looked like my girls where Man O Green said they looked thirsty. I’m using a gallon of water in a 3 gallon bag. Used fabric pots the last two grows I found plastic more user friendly?
Thanks for your time!

@Lido it is not very often that I scratch my head and don't know where to begin. Coco and Soil are two very different medias with very different fertigation needs. You can mix a little coarse coco in heavy soil to improve drainage but FFOF is far from heavy. The cation exchange in the coco is fooked up.

Then you have the physical layer thing going on. The physics of how water moves through soil dictates that when the water meats a new strata the top layer must be saturated before the water will move to the next layer.

Plants need a night time.

Fresh air is needed 24/7. If the plants use up the available Co² they stop growing.

What you need to learn about watering will come with practice. Here are the basic rules: Never let the soil dry out. Soil and or coco can become hydrophobic if allowed to dry. This means it repels water. This in turn will create dry pockets in the soil and the roots and microbes will die there. If your soil - coco have accidentally dried out use a surfactant to help re-wet it. I like yucca powder. Don't let soil remain soggy by watering too much too often. Root rot, damping off, molds, fungus gnats and other problems start in soggy soil. When you do water water the entire pot. How to learn when to water starts before you plant the seed. Fill your container with fresh soil/coco and weigh it (heft it) this is the lightest weight and consider it a dry pot. Now slowly water until the soil/coco will no longer absorb the water and run-off begins; weigh the pot (heft it) this is the maximum water, the wettest the pot can get. The difference between wettest and driest is the maximum water weight, for ease of explanation lets just say the water weighs 20 pounds. When the pot loses 10 pounds (half of the water weight) it is time to water again.

There is an art to watering.

1/4 of this - half of that??? It is not really quantifiable. You need to learn how to measure your nutrients in terms of EC so we can be on the same page. Check out my page on salt nutrients:

Pictures, we need pictures.

I very much appreciate the help. I will checkout your page. The coco was the size of a solo cup. I hadn’t used it before but was trying to work around the FF being so hot. Rookie mistake. There’s always next time just no 3 bear beans.
Thanks
