Mephisto Genetics White Crack + Sour Livers SIP LOS Grow

White Crack produced over 180 grams dry plus some good bud trim and few grams of Kief .... This was grown in about 7 gallons of LOS / compost in a SIP Container - Think the next WC will be done in an Original Earthbox will will hold about 12 gallons of soil .....

I’ve only grown a few plants but when I grew Sam’s Crack in an Original Earthbox she produced over 340 grams so I suspect White Crack will be in the 250+ range with a larger container ..... Super happy with the yield but the grow had some issues that I hope to correct with the larger container ...... I absolutely love growing anything and growing my favorite plant just adds fuel to the fire .... Peace always, MOB

That is a good yield for your first time snd in a Junior. Now I have done 30+ White Cracks, and min are mostly Medium sized plants However, I admit that I have not done a WC in a LARGE pot. So it is very possible to create a LARGE WC. Some strains will get a lot larger with more root space and some wont. It is worth a shot, because the end product produces nice pressing flowers for Rosin. You yielded 6oz, not sure if doubling the Earthbox Soil amount will translate to 2x the yield. But with your skills and worms, anything is possible. Nice work my brother, btw that Sour Livers looks nice too! I wished they sent me a tester of those to try. I like the size and shape. I have some MASSIVE plants going right now. If you grab any Roc Bud Inc strains DO NOT underestimate the size they can get. Peace, slow

Thank you slow, appreciate hearing that ..... The darn buds are so sticky they stick to the inside of the jars and of course to each other ..... Wife trimmed and I was constantly cleaning and sharpening the scissors ...... We smoked some of the resin that balled up and it was hashish tasting - I got so stupid yesterday I nodded before 8pm - No smoke WC until nite time, learned my lesson ....

I don’t think the yield would be double, slow, I said yield would go from 180 to 250, which is about 40% increase, conservative estimate I believe .....

Was very happy with SL - she was the best of the bunch as far as grow went - she spent most of her time under the ES180 but then I finished her last few weeks in my little tent under a HPS 150 and let me tell you and all AFN if you have temp issues go back to Old School Lites as the HPS I had no heaters running and the tent was constantly at 75 degrees, I couldn’t believe how stable the temps were using the HPS and without heat running I figured I might even be saving some electric and the bud harvest didn’t seem to be hurt at all - there were ZERO popcorn but small plant too and pretty open, good structure .....

I might try direct plant in her container, maybe another SL or Gold Glue - Soil in her container was a mix of a few different bags of LOS soil I had laying around and some worm castings - IF I do direct plant I would amend soil with some Kashi and Craft Blend and castings along with Dolomite Lime and a little kelp, I add kelp to almost everything - I get my kelp from feed store for like $1.65 a pound in 50 lb bags - horse and farm animals eat kelp and the kelp I get is the best available- same kelp Sinse uses - read more about it here http://thorvin.com/ ..... If you haven’t visited your local feed store, worth a trip - while there pick up a bag of alpha pellets - wonderful amendment and garden fertilizer too ... Peace always, MOB

Gonna save the purple Rolex cuz didn’t put the extension on 4x4 and don’t want plants growing into the roof! Def super excited to run the ebj’s seeing all your results! Also nice having bigger tent cuz no lights on in 2x4 and not even watering plants yesterday since they were in the dark rh still was hitting 70% if I didn’t leave fan on the roof blowing down and in! Big tent tho haven’t even stuck a fan in it yet and my alert for low/high temp or rh never went off (78&65%) so hopefully not being so small n tight inside it’ll be somewhat easier to control!

Yes I think that is a good estimate you have for potential yield. I dont think White Crack would yield as well as Sams, but it is possible as I have not used that amount of medium. I have the F3 White Crack testers ready for transplant tonight actually. Noth going into Juniors tonight. Along with a Toofless Alien. I am holding off on the City Picker til I get my new tent, itbwill be too heavy for me to move once filled and too akward to move around with my hip replacement and room configurement.

Sam was a freak, no doubt - I did things with Sam I didn’t repeat in the WC Grow so perhaps I should go back and incorporate some old school ways .....

With the wheels it makes moving easier but still awkward lifting - two man lift even the juniors when in full bud mode depending on plant of course - but Juniors pale in comparison to the Original which was impossible to pick up in full bloom even for a big guy, which I’m not ......

Good luck with Toofless slow!

Well new tent didn’t have messed up zipper after all! Had pulled some of that light blocking fabric from behind zipper into the track! Pulled it out and opens fine now! Got next round in their rootmakers n starting a toofless alien m a gold glue! Gonna toss soil into the earthboxes tonight or tomorrow with some worms to let it get worked over for rocbudinc drops! Think mephisto going into rain science bags! Not sure yet. Wish I knew when HSO seeds would arrive so I knew if I should do all 4 of these in juniors while I wait!

you are getting dial in real nicely, good luck ..... oh by the way, I like to have the probe at the bottom and add a temp / humidity gauge inside dome too and you can bottom water with that setup as well.

Thanks and ya I have 1 of my mini hygrometers in the bottom and just had that chilling to check soil temp! What temp u usually run heat may at or try to keep soil at? Just got seedling soil mixed with dynomyco in the rootmakers n my dinafem I got in there now starting in jiffy cuz I had to chop the 2 gold glue X sour stompers last night so was in a hurry but I’ll put jiffy into rootmakers once they pop! I ordered a wireless temp/rh sensor that sends to an app for tracking but since not waterproof I’m returning n getting inkbird wireless that does the same but also has a waterproof probe with it! The 2 gold stompers def didn’t disappoint last night!!

Sorry for kinda hijacking your thread so feel free to delete these.
P.S. would u say ignore the mites and just grab some worms (and I’m sure mites) and toss into the earthboxes? Or should I get some more worms and put em clean into the ebj’s and the leftover into the bin? And doesn’t feel wet at all but damn mites sure ain’t left! I got couple pics but can’t find anywhere I can compare em to try to determine if actually beneficial kind!
Caught these pics on the lid yesterday!

I've had the bad kind in the past
they didn't hang out in dirt, they didn't look like that and they move very slowly compared to those..
pretty sure its some kind of beneficial mite or they would have devoured your plants already..
