When to start "final flush"?

Thanks guys didn't mean to confuse anyone by saying flush. I do understand that it's a cleanse and not a flush. I plan to take my tops when they're just starting to turn amber and then I'll probably leave the rest of the nugs to finish up. I'll probably take the rest when it's turned mostly amber or at least 50%. How long does it generally take for thrichomes to go from milky to amber?

not long but put the girl in the dark a day or two should make them turn alot faster--- i usually dont flush--i use water last feeding then put in dark 48 hours before i cut them
