So im growing outside in the woods in the south of the UK . i havent seen any pests on them as of yet apart from the odd dead snail. id be surprised if they are getting though the mine field of slug pellets ive scattered about the site. having said that even with 100s of slug pellets about ive still lost 2/9 of my new seedlings.

So the issues if got is the yellowing of the tips/curling up on one plant. Holes in the leaves and also the leaf curling up longways..
please see pictures

Have you had a lot of rain recently? Good drainage in those pots?
http://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-root-problems

  • Cold - cold roots are unhappy roots - cold shock can cause wilting and other problems
  • Over-watering potted plants - too much watering tends to cause root problems
  • No drainage hole at the bottom of the container - if water can't get out and water is sitting at the bottom of the pot, the roots can "drown"
  • Muddy or thick soil - if your soil is muddy and thick instead of rich and fluffy, it may mean the soil doesn't hold enough oxygen to support your roots.

Your main problem is bugs eating your leaves.Get some organic bug spray and spray both sides of the leaves. Canueing of the leaves is sometimes caused by heat stress. What have been using for nutes?

yea had a lot of rain, yes soil is thick and there are holes in the bottom of the pots but as the soils so thick the drainage is probably rubbish :(

any ideas to fix this? stab some more holes in the pots? i dont want to disturb the roots too much>

Feed wise, there getting Canna A+B, plant magic and risotonic , there in multi-purpose compost

As namvet said, bugs and slugs are doing a lot of damage as well. As well as an organic pesticide you could also cover the plant loosely with something like mosquito netting or black nylon netting from a fabric store. The problem with netting is it cuts off some light.
As far as improving drainage. one way to do it is move the plants (intact) into bigger pots that have more perlite or organic matter mixed in the soil they hold. Try one plant and see if you can slide it intact out of the old pot into a bigger pot and fill in the gaps with the better soil. Maybe have a small layer of gravel/sand on the bottom of the new pot.
Autos don't like transplanting so it could delay them from flowering a few days or a week.
