After a quick Google, this is what Ive gathered.
Box Elder bugs may munch on the leaves. They came in for the winter, from a nearby Box Elder tree.
A foilar spray of dish soap (No dyes perfumes and not antibacterial) and water may help.
Final conclusion: They don't do a whole lot of damage. I would still kill on sight.

I'd like to see your fan positioning also. If it's wind stress, we can sort that out easily
Yeah, an oscillating fan is a good tool.
I move it everyday to change things up as well as rotate my plants, for the most part I have it blowing on my light/ bulb

It was worse before when they plants were younger, I can only count a handful of leaves like this now... little bugger was sneaky I haven't noticed him until today and I'm in there everyday
