Live Stoners Virginia is for Growers

Got it covered all but 2 lots I have out on the creek. Is their any law saying I can’t take care of somebody’s plants on their property. Everybody I know wants me to help them.
No I do not believe that is a law at all! Garden consulting can even be paid for. I was trying to figure out a way where I could be gifted a portion of the grow, but alas it would be to gray imo.

I’m good I believe. My name is on no plants and I just take care of my family and friends plants. Selling weed is not my objective.

They need to be tagged regardless (inside and outside), not "visible from a public way", and have "precautions to prevent unauthorized access by persons under 21".

But, really, a lot of all this is going to fall to enforcement discretion. I doubt SWAT's gonna raid your place because you didn't tag your plants...I just had a label maker sitting around that I wanted to use...
Not visible to the public *excluding by use of aircraft or optical enhancement including binoculars*

One of these days, I'll grow four plants that are visible from 25,000 ft...

Drones don't fly that high (and are technically considered aircraft iirc)

yeah, that's what I was thinking the purpose of that was.

My internet wanderings yesterday led to looking up how to get a dispensary or retail cultivation license....only $60,000 for the permit fee, plus $10,000 for the application fee.

I say we all get together and start an AFN Co-Op.

That total would have been almost 5 years of my take home pay... for my full time office job that required 5+ years of experience and a 4 year degree, and also made me suicidal from the toxic environment. I'm enjoying being "retired" at 30 now. I'd call it being a SAHM but the term makes my skin crawl and considering my kids are all in school its not like I'm doing much mom-ing for most of the day anyways.

When I was in court last month getting custody of my daughter the judge asked my ex what she did. She said SAHM. Then he asked what her new bo did? She said he’s unemployed. Judge ask what they did for money. Dead silence until I said “meth”. The look on her lawyers face and watching her squirm in her chair was priceless. I destroyed her and her lawyer all by myself. Got everything I asked for and somethings I didn’t. :woody:

Lucky. My ex had a recorded history of DV (but of course, MPs won't tell civi cops that) and was an alcoholic who wouldn't take the meds that kept him semi stable. Judge gave him weekly visitation. Took me to court a dozen times over 3 years just to fuck with me, then took off to California 6 years ago and hasn't contacted the boys since. Life has been much simpler (as less traumatic for my oldest who has C-PTSD from the visitation) since he decided to go full on deadbeat. Probably never end up seeing the $25k+ in back support he owes on them, but oh well I suppose. We do fine without it.
