High Powerful14, Gimp is a full blown, open source PC graphics program similar to the core Photoshop with the extras growing regularly. It tells you if your pics are turned as you load them and lets you turn them with a click. The interface is intuitive and once learned makes quick work of resizing and compilation.
The batch processing makes loading lots of pics quick. Followed up with the free version of BatchPurifier
and loading safe JPEG pics is easy breezy.
