Feel for you bro, it's a big kick in the nuts when that door knocks I just hope the law changes quick here but sadly think we are very behind the times. You won't get your stuff back sometimes they break it take it or if your lucky they tell you to get rid of it. Go down the medical route before you go to court and be prepared for them to over estimate weights. I got a year's probation and a £200 fine and I just grow strawberrys tomatoes and peppers now

I'm sitting here with Cambridge bareroot strawberrys, WTF
Dont have a clue what to do with them so reading up on them here atm,
Want to stick some in my growfridge, and the rest in the green house in fabric pots with slits in them,

To be honest I don't see it mate as not worth getting caught again,
Come Summertime I may get something sorted outside,
I'm bored as feck, loads off seeds and my old equipment here and it's really depressing that I can't get started again,
Don't see anything happing as it's really caused a big handling, need to find a new address and that Gona take ages
