Neighbour/landlord went a snooping and called the cops,
Only thing it could off been, the day before there was rain in my front hallway, hadn't been at the place for over 8 hours and it was dry the last time I was there, and dry the day I found it in the hall, 2 days before that the garage door was unlocked,
I haven't been about the place much cos of moving and he took his chance to have a proper good look about,
I'm ragin I was caught this way, they took everything, even the heater lol,
They must of tryed to take my grow cabinet too but the CFL broke and they left it, they nearly had it out off the garden too,
Can't start again at new place cos he knows were the new place is,
Nightmare,
So I've ordered some strawberry roots to grow now instead.
Is there any way to get your grow equipment off the cops?

Nah u won't get your gear back now as its seized.. U will have to start again bro! Fuckin wankers arnt they

9 plants mate, but 2 were dead and just sitting in the garage,
Possession of class. B and Cultivating are the charges,
Had a voice in my head telling me it's time to move it all a few days before but sadly Never listened to my inner voice and got screwed.
Gona get an outdoor setup with a light for veg and stuff but just don't know what way I'm Gona do it yet,

you could always try to get yourself a cancard it may help you in court at a later date it's just to say your a medicinal patient who cant get a script legally I got one just in case

Anonymous tip the police there is a strong smell of cannabis and evidence of cultivation about your landlord, a tip off can be enough for a warrant, as you know. They will find nothing, but OMG what an inconvenience for the landlord. Or put concrete down his water main shut off in the street, after you have switched it off!! Lol. Also a massive inconvenience.

I don't think there is. It’s a grey area to say the least but my understanding is that whilst grow equipment is legal, it becomes illegal if used to commit a crime. Plus the cops are awkward fuckers and will likely just turn around and say it is evidence. I worked at recycling plant years ago and twice the police dumped grow equipment there. Some blokes I worked with had a field day and took most of it for themselves. I didn’t have a clue about growing at the time so it went over my head.

if You don’t mind me asking, what exactly have you been charged with? Is this a done and dusted deal or will there more shit you’ll have to deal with off this in terms of the law? I’m so sorry for you man. This Fucking sucks

If I can get someone else to say the light belonged to them and I took it without Thier consent then they have to give it back to them,

Feel for you bro, it's a big kick in the nuts when that door knocks I just hope the law changes quick here but sadly think we are very behind the times. You won't get your stuff back sometimes they break it take it or if your lucky they tell you to get rid of it. Go down the medical route before you go to court and be prepared for them to over estimate weights. I got a year's probation and a £200 fine and I just grow strawberrys tomatoes and peppers now
