Ahhhh man :bummer:. I just pulled my first girl out of darkness as I'm expecting the Kraft bags today to harvest my first crop.. And it has a bit of white fluffy mould on the top bud, it's big and so solid and most of it looks fine, but just in case, I didn't touch it in case I spread it, the lower buds look OK so I'll harvest from the bottom up and leave the top effected bud till last and see what's what.. I'll bag what seems OK off it separate and see what occurs... Does that sound sensible or is the lot of it likely to go bad in the bags.... I'm a bit sad if I'm honest. I have 2 more of these first batch in flush, so I won't risk those doing the dark thing with them, I'll harvest straight out the tent when they are dry.

Any tips on what to do with this one today would be greatly appreciated

Cheers
RSB
Gutted for you ,lost the main cola a few times, chop it off and keep it away from rest of plant, cut of infected part but don't take chances with mold throw bad stuff away straight away, that stuff gets airborne as soon as you move plant.

Top advice, cheers mate.

Oh sorry thought it was on your growing plants
All good mate, still waiting for the bloody bags to get here lol. I ordered them because they advertised delivered next day, then they gave today as the delivery day, I think that extra day in the dark buggered it. Time will tell, I've got 2 more healthy and ready to come out, so won't make that mistake again... Lol

Took your advice mate, lopped it off, dissected it to see what's what, and threw it in the bin :sadcry::sadcry::sadcry::sadcry:
I was very proud of how big and solid it looked...... Which was probably a contributing factor....
I sung my version of that famous Elton John song...... Trichomes in the bin whilst crying a bit :dammit:

that mould will of most probably just been down to airflow but some strains are more prone to it than others my last pink Panama got it you just need to cut it out and throw it as fast as you see it also spotting it for me if i ever see an odd dying leaf into a bud it sort of sticks out that's how i normally find it .also here's a pic from last night off my mephisto orangutan at day 38 after being retied down

Yep dead leaf is how I found it, i keep my eyes pealed now for it, but extra fan and a little Dehumidifier is the way to go mine was definitely down to airflow and it being the shortest plant in the tent in a corner.
