OMG ! I got the genetics of Blues wrong!

I said it was Blues x Cheese, but it's actually Blues (cut) x Killer Skunk.

Killer Skunk is Blues x SmellyBerry, and I believe the short stocky Blues I have in the tent is a SmellyBerry dom pheno. Yay!

Also just picked up 2 x 120mm "silent" USB fans, hopefully for super stealthy lights off air circulation. 11 quid for two!

Might need 4 though! Nice and quiet but not too powerful. Maybe enough for lights out as it's just air circulation and not cooling? I use a tower fan for lights on.

315 CMH pics. I have to say I’m extremely happy! Loving the colour of the light and the plants seem to have perked up immediately. All good.

Temps are up about 5 degrees or so, which is just what I need! No heating needed during the day [emoji4]

I'm well happy to be honest. They seem to love the light and now it's flowering time too! As a bonus, the CMH lights are known / well documented to often take up to a week off flowering time!

I think a 400w old school would be unwise with 315's getting cheaper mate. Seen them as low as 180 quid or so all in. A lot more than HPS but way cheaper than cobs!

Anyway, lets not get carried away with mine! Veg is the easy bit, the real effort starts tomorrow. I am feeling good about it though as there's a good vibe buzzing around and the girls are onto it, and finally got my set up to where it should be / how I want it

Best bit I've gone from about 380w average use across the day to about 260w! Thats due to lack of 160w of heating and 1212 lighting for a while.

How are you going to wire those up? You're going to run them off a PC? That would help my situation but I'm not running the dratted laptop just so I can run USB fans!
