nah ill restart growing after i get the legal issues resolved. i got pulled over by state troopers and they decided to tear my car apart. i wasn't the only one in jail for that on that day either so they were just busting up cars. got nipped with under a half on me and it might be a class c misdemeanor. if i get a good lawyer i can get it to never hit my record.

if they had pressed more and did a proper search for the grow i would be facing possible 20yrs and if they compounded all the charges together i could technically get a death penalty under our laws. this country blows..................

this stinks bad! i think the leos cruise these sites gathering as much info as they can. even stupid leos could identify name and location on somone who may be a little to open about there posts. as they search thru all the old threads, a word here a word there and and boom! they have the info. a good law dog could get you off with probable cause, they supposed to have a reason to search your vehicle. good luck beating this! i will miss your knowledge till you get back on the horse!

the type of mj is not common at all in the area i am in and is known to LEO as being from home grown operations. having pot is probable cause to do whatever they like including holding me for whatever amount of time they like and interrogate me for a grow op. manf of a schedule 1 narcotic is punishable by 20 years for even small plant counts and i had almost 100 which would have landed me in prison for a min of 20 years if i got a good judge. compound those with more charges and you can get a death penalty. i wont beat the charge but i can get it downgraded and then use probation and deferment to clear it from my record. the USA needs to shape up its reform laws so im not locked up with murders and rapists for treating my PTSD.

no LEO's cruise the site with enough efficiency to bust anyone that doesn't come into pm contact with them. thats why i don't really respond to pm's from people i don't know if its not a question about lighting or soil. LEO are busy with other shit
