What are your temperature ranges in the summer?

A bigger pile covered with straw then black plastic might get you hot enough in the middle. Lots of work though as you need to turn it every 3 days.

I've tried blk plastic, got some heat, but not enough for long enough. A really big pile might still be frosty in the middle, lol. A moldering pile gets there, over time. Turning is necessary. Season of warm temps, 50s to 80f daytime temps and overnight lows 40 to 50f, is mid June to Mid Aug.

Bertha is Bubba Dom she will take a little longer to finish than her sister. Both look great and close to that 4 foot mark. I cant wait to see how they flower under the sun.
