Transdermal Magnesium Guinea-pig thread.

Aunty Mossy;544759 I Do get mag prickle..BUT..I am using a high concentration. I put the minimum water possible in to melt the flakes. Also..I Think it would be better with a moisturiser..I just didn't want to put anything on my skin that may form a barriers and hinder absorbtion. Also..repeat applications..[/QUOTE said:
Have you tried making a rub?
I have an idea ... whipping a concentrated MC oil with coconut oil may make it nicer to rub on and absorbs well.
I'll work on that today...

Hey folks, made another batch of MagRub, Doubled the magcloride to 4Tblspns per 2 cup coconut. I really dont think more was needed. I can feel the pricklys a little now and rub does not absorb quite as quick. I will stick with 2 tblspn per 2cup while using the brine. Guess I will have to reexperiment with the flakes.

:peace:Make Rub not War

The brine does make the rubs feel different.

Mag(IC)Rub,...:coffee2:..Good you have found your saturation point....
