Transdermal Magnesium Guinea-pig thread.

My wife insisted on bringing some Mag flakes to our friends in New York.
Arthritic hands soaked for 20 mins before bed. Normally on waking hands are stiff, cracking and cant make a fist. This morning there was minimal pain, no cracking and was able to make a fist. Bonus was a great nights sleep. Yet another positive result...:d5:

Rub Report

Okay here is the ultimate testing of MC and Cannabis rub

The potion lady Root whipped up some of this stuff and applied liberally last night.
After the festivities, I had a descent night sleep, and went out today and cut some wood, yes Oak, so it was heavy. So was the saw, but I was out there whippin' that sucker around like I was well, a forty old (not sayin' I am superEek here, heh heh).

I have no pain right now, and my hands and shoulders are fluid. Also I slept right away and had no RLS.

Good stuff, everyone should try it.

bfn,

Peace,

Eek

Yes..it is the one big draw back I have hit up to now.
It does give me the stinging prickles on repeat application on me back..and an angry rash if I get the spray around my neck on the sensitive skin.

IMO..it could put a noob off treatment..so we need to look at Start up dilutions..until peoples skin gets Used to it...

FYI we started using a 25% dilution by weight spray and have not had much issue with rash or stinging. I spray it on my neck and shoulder 2 or 3 times a day without issue

oldster, are you diluting the pre made oil?

It hasn't bothered any one I have used it on and the more I use it the better it feels.

Yay Eek...that IS going to find a way into your Arthritis Cure program Huh..?..

Instant..

I purchased the flakes and make my own "oil". It is a fraction of the cost.

Good for You Oldster...we are doing everything we can to keep costs down to a minimum..Affordable meds...:tiphat:

I Do get mag prickle..BUT..I am using a high concentration.
I put the minimum water possible in to melt the flakes.

Also..I Think it would be better with a moisturiser..I just didn't want to put anything on my skin that may form a barriers and hinder absorbtion.

Also..repeat applications..

I've been actively massaging the mag spray into my affected hand and the flexibility and warmth are really apparent.

Shoulders too..the effects get better with Use.

I took a short bath last night using only the Magnesium Chloride,

I like the way it "loosens" things up, and then the pain resides, then fluidity to my hands and shoulders is amazing. Like Aunty posted elsewhere, the symptoms of "hardening" of your body's organs and joints etc. is a clear indication of low Mag levels.

Athritis
Fibro Myalga
Hardening of the arteries
Joint pain
Leathery skin

Too much calcium not enough magnesium. Think about you are young, your are loose, fluid, flexible, soft. When we were young we had enough mag, but then we tell the kids to drink milk (calcium) which seems to benefit them. But it seems there might be a reason for some kind of break off time in life, and then start using Magnesium.

Just a thought

Anyways,

You should see the relief you can get if any folks havn't tried this yet.

bye for now,

Peace

Eek
