I feel good at this weight. The only problem is my clothes don't fit!!

I have been wondering if the magnesium chloride oil would work in the rubs.

Just finished a batch Root. Mag and Canna oil. Also added Avocado and Almond oil, along with VitE and Lavander. Gonna give out some samples for feedback.

:peace:

Sounds great! I can't wait to get some.

Is it an oil or really thick liquid?
And when do you add it......I'm really excited about getting this out to people who really need it :fire:

Its an oil not thick I added after cooling down enough to start whipping.

:peace:

Hi Root...the Mag oil is MgCl2 dissolved in distilled water and not actually an oil...:smokebuds:
Musturd...the flakes I got were cheaper per kilo than 100 ml of oil which would use probably 50g of flakes so should be much more economical to use...:d5:

Sorry guys I'm going nuts here...

I'm reading about how well the magnesium chloride works. And I'm excited!
But without having it in my hands...I'm only imagining how it acts being put in the rubs and bathsalts.
Shoot, it sounds like to me its a winner without cannabis in it.

An oil that is not really an oil....

Distilled water and the flakes make a slippery oil like liquid?

Swanson Ultra flakes or oil look like the best...!00%. some of the others have other minerals. Could be good ones or ?

Now I'm thinking about sensitivity. " For daily use it may be more convenient as well to dissolve the magnesium chloride in water. You

may dissolve 10 lightly rounded teaspoons of the crystals in a medium size glass of water or, more

accurately, 50 g in 150 mL of water. Decant and discard any undissolved residue. Mix one teaspoon

of this solution three times daily with food or drink for a daily intake of about 600 mg of magnesium.

This or a more concentrated solution may also be used as a pack over tumours and infected,

inflamed, painful, stiff or calcified joints, muscles, adhesions or scar tissue. It is also excellent as a

back rub and to relax tense muscles anywhere and even to rejuvenate aging skin. For sensitive skin

use it in a very diluted form. On wounds it was commonly used in a 4% solution, that is 4g or a level

teaspoon in 100 mL or a small glass of water".

"Magnesium oil is supersaturated magnesium chloride and because its used topically it doesnt cause a

laxative effect".

"Muscle spasms might occur on rare occasions if one forgets to get out of the tub so it is necessary to supervise children and the length of time they remain soaking in magnesium chloride. All strong reactions like redness in local areas to diarrhea or even muscle spasms are indications to reduce concentration".

So I need to play with concentrations too.

I wonder if adding root oil or canna oil to it will work like the epsom salts do.
I read somewhere to use 1/2 the amount of mag chloride as mag sulfate. So adding it to epsom salts would be the way to go.

Musturd - is it acting like a water in oil lotion? Meaning does the volume increase with whipping? Or is it blending like olive oil in coconut oil?
Can you feel an immediate effect?

We have been taking everyones "throw away" parts of the plants. I've been making products as fast as I can. I run out of all my oils.

I don't water any more for first time extracting. Since I do 2 extractions of the material, I save the pressing for then and usually its a bigger combo extraction.

Thats alot to cover but heres what I got quick.

By itself it sprays on a little thicker than water. But left skin dry. For the rub It mixed in well no seperation. My worst pain is arthritis in the hands and it did act quicker and deeper to relief pain.

Mag strength is 560 mg per teasp. I used 2 tblspn in 2 cups of rub.

1st impression is improved rub.

Peace

Root... The Mag oil when sprayed leaves a salt residue as it is a concentrated brine. I spray it on my forearms and back of hands which provides relief from shoulder ache. When the residue is washed off the skin does feel smooth..."AFN smoke out"

For purposes of cellular detoxification and tissue purification, the most effective form of magnesium is magnesium chloride, which has a strong excretory effect on toxins and stagnant energies stuck in the tissues of the body, drawing them out through the pores of the skin. Chloride is required to produce a large quantity of gastric acid each day and is also needed to stimulate starch-digesting enzymes.
According to Daniel Reid, author of The Tao of Detox, magnesium sulfate, commonly known as Epsom salts, is rapidly excreted through the kidneys and therefore difficult to assimilate. This would explain in part why the effects from Epsom salt baths do not last long and why you need more magnesium sulfate in a bath than magnesium chloride to get similar results. Magnesium chloride is easily assimilated and metabolized in the human body.

Root.

I've tried it in a green clay face pack too......

We Think we can Explain How it is Working too..and that really IS an exciting break through...and what I was saying is our Eureka point.

Shortly huh....:coffee2:

I've got a piece of homework for you to read..the guy who wrote it is a Near as possible to My homework conclusion that I have found.

If you read it I Think you will get a good idea of what is behind the Treatment program.
