As more acid accumulates in our body, it gets stored and pushed further, and ultimately it gets pushed into the cell. When it gets pushed into the cell, the first thing it does is displace POTASSIUM and then MAGNESIUM and then SODIUM.

Wow. Those are three critical minerals in our body. The potassium and magnesium will leave the body, but as a preservation mechanism the sodium will be retained. Remember, the body knows it must place an alkaline molecule in the blood to escort out this increasing acid that is being stored in the tissues and cells. What it will often do (when mineral reserves are low, which is often the case when eating a modern American diet) is draw CALCIUM (the most alkaline mineral known) from the bones and put it into the blood. This leads to something called free calcium excess. This is something you don't want and it is what's behind osteoporosis, arthritic pain, etc. It is brought about by the body compensating for an ever increasing tissue acidosis somewhere in the body.

Magnesium and calcium work together to control muscle action though calcium becomes a problem when there is not enough magnesium to control calcium’s actions. Calcium becomes a slow acting poison (often decades of build up) to tissues all over the body when in excess relative to magnesium in deficiency. Trace mineral symptoms of excess or deficiency depend on their ratios to other elements. In the event of calcification, it is not particularly a high calcium level that results in the formation of a stone or spur, but calcium being high in ratio to magnesium.
Magnesium increases the solubility of calcium in the urine. Supplementing magnesium to the diet has demonstrated significant effect in preventing recurrences of kidney stones.
If calcium is not taken with magnesium or it if it is not highly absorbable, it will cause much more harm than good. Unabsorbed calcium can lodge anywhere in our body. For instances, if it lodges in your bones and joints, it mimics arthritis; if it lodges in you heart, it mimics arterial lesions. Calcification or calcium poisoning can manifest as heart disease, cancer, wrinkled skin, kidney stones, osteoporosis, dental problems, bone spurs, cataracts and many other health problems. Calcium deposits in the joints are called arthritis; in the blood vessels it is hardening of the arteries; in the heart it is heart disease, and in the brain it is senility.
It is magnesium that actually controls bone density not calcium. Magnesium drives the calcium into the bones where low levels encourage its loss.
Exceedingly few healthcare practitioners in the world have learned much about magnesium medicine so they do not know to lay off the calcium and start intensive magnesium treatments. It was a good read and falls right in line with what we have been learning and doing this past year.
It is interesting to look back over this year and see the difference in the way I feel. Especially with the forgetting to take the bicarb for a few months. I can feel the improvement now that we are taking it again.

I really believe in the statement "Let food be your medicine" and it all comes down to Mind, Body and Soul.

Hopefully I will find the MagC flakes or oil today and we have 2 PH pens on order... I am trying to start a clinic or class or something to work with the people in this little town. There are several who are not "sick" they have little ailments, low energy levels and aches and pains. I'm sure most will feel better after adjusting their eating habits (soda is battery acid) and raising their PH.

Many are open to using cannabis for ailments and that is great...But they need to see the bigger picture. Get the body at proper PH and go from there. Treat the illness not just the symptom.

With your permission I would like to share the research and homework we have all done here.

Yup..you know as well as me they Are sick..the PH meter helps you Prove it to them...:tiphat:..

The other thing is Root..it Doesn't have to rely on canna..we have it sussed..we can do it by green juicing too..:d5:..so the people who are Afraid of canna can join in.

New homework that we are pulling in to Talk about says....if you are running 1 PH point below optimum..PH 6.5 ish..you have 10 TIMES less oxygen in your body that you need.

If you are running 2 PH points below..PH 5.5 is..you have 100 TIMES less oxygen than you need..
and we have Loads of people as low as PH 5.5..Scarey huh..?

Mixing it in a rub instantly cured its one drawback when used by itself as a spray, dry briney skin.

Should get some feedback on this batch in the next week but I think its a keeper:thumbs:

My main problem with my nerve damage is spasticity..I had been taking the mag Tablets a couple of weeks with no appreciable Affect..
then I tried sticking my whole hand into a bowl full of mag water and I felt an Instant Release on the muscle tension.

Although the transdermal absorbtion means it will be absorbed and distributed to All of your body..Direct application to the Affected part is Much more effective for me..
And more effective in a Soak than even the spray is...

Plus...I re-use the hand soak.
I keep it in an air tight jar and simply keep warming it up.


(and...after I have done that..I will water it right down..and Feed it to me plants...:coffee2: ..waste not want not...)

Yes..it is the one big draw back I have hit up to now.
It does give me the stinging prickles on repeat application on me back..and an angry rash if I get the spray around my neck on the sensitive skin.

IMO..it could put a noob off treatment..so we need to look at Start up dilutions..until peoples skin gets Used to it...:thumbs:

I find the foot soak doesn't give me the prickles at all.

The mag spray is an effective deodorant.
I have been testing it since we are in winter..I shaved my arm pits and didn't even Think about it...:jaw:..OMG...I was hanging off the bathroom ceiling by my finger nails...Pain.....:jaw:..I couldn't even speak..

so I Think we need to add it to Cautions..do not use on shaved skin. :check:

You know the thing Musturd..even the people who Do like to look after their Own Health..if they have Arthritis/osteoporosis in the Family History will probably..on Traditional Nutritional information available opt for a Calcium supplement and That could be making the Problem Worse.

You know what Clicked it in my mind..Calcium contracts muscle..Magnesium relaxes it.
My Main problem now after the nerve damage is the muscles spasming out in my back and shoulders..(take note all you fibromyalgia patients..)

Muscle lock..too much Cal..Treat/dissolve with Magnesium..muscle relaxation..."Izzy wizzy"..Works like Magic...

Look at Arthritis patients..all spasmed muscles and stiff..hmmm....do Read the Magnesium Link about calcification here.

Look at the x-rays..and Think calcification of the joints..are those areas of build up the main areas arthritis sufferers have to have Replaced on a regular basis now..?..hips..knees..spine..

To Calcify is to turn to stone..stiffen..that suits arthritis sufferers that I've observed..they are Stiff.
