Transdermal Magnesium Guinea-pig thread.

Not sure if the question was for me or not, jm, but in my case lots of antibiotics, although I'm not on any now. In the past 2 years, ACL and PCL replaced, testicular surgury (still nice to know the ropes hold you during a tree climb... or rapid desent), and some for hitting my hand with a chainsaw. Amazing how much crud is on a chain! "smile"

ok... yesp... common theme all the way around... antibitoics follow with all sorts of issues... stay the eff off em for good if you can possibly manage it. get you ph buffered and get on a paleo diet.. takes getting used to.. but you will feel 10000% better...
I'm just glad I'm no belaying below you!!! :WTF: :roflcry:
:crying: :crying:  @
Who says you can't get healthy and still live on the edge?

It's lonely at the bottom, no doubt! :X's Evil Laugh x:
pH tonight at about 6.7 , a real meter coming soon!

How is your Mood RR...?

Normally you can Feel a Lift by about day 4..

My magnesium treatment goes from strength to strength.
The Relaxing muscle spasm effect is Marvelous..."toke toking"

I must be staring to absorb some coz the Urgency for the repeat application is lessening..and the relaxing longer lasting.

I have some dry skin patches that prickle a bit..I need a Good Moisturising but I have been reluctant to add any Barrier to my skin incase I reduce the absorbtion.

I made a Test cream for the zacin which isn't very strong but it is Olive Oil and beeswax..so I Think I might use it as an all over moisturiser.

I'm in the UK shortly..and I'm already looking forward to having a full magnesium bath...."Mag"....YAY.....

RR...Tested your PH yet...?...."PH Reading..?"

Took a little 4 day break to see what occured.
After 1st day slight shoulder ache returned.
2nd day shoulder ache worsening.
3rd day..lots of driving shoulder ache and impingement pain. Hips stiff. Tired. Forgotten aches and pains returning...
4th day...Enough is enough I'd proved it to myself. Nice Mag bath and no more pain.
Plus my wife continues daily spraying.
Now for some Blueberry...:pass:
Aunty...did you ever have that bath??..."Mag"

I screwed up, Aunty. "Feeling SAD..?"
I had some family matters going into Turkey Day, and stopped taking the baking soda.
I was feeling great, energy was really lifting, pH (using gen hydro drops meter is coming soon) was up to about 6.8.
Started with the bs again last night. I'm at about 5.2 right now, and feel it.
I need to learn to channel bad times away from self destructive behaviour. "Woopsadaisy"
Tonight I do my first hand soak with the mag flakes, I'm really curious to see the results.
I'm back on track! :tiphat:

We All do...:coffee2:..but you Understand the mechanism/connection now.
That is Priceless.

Doctors don't Teach you this with their meds..but with just checking your PH you can See and Feel if something is good or bad for you.

And hey..if you know you are going to Cheat..simply alkalise more for a few days..Balance it out...

No-one can be Good all the time...:munchies:

Now if you hadn't of known about the PH effect you would have Blamed someone at Thanksgiving for giving you the Flu....

coz @ PH 5.2 you will feel as if you have sore bones and muscles..no energy..possibly sinusy..you will feel Grumpy and want to spend the day in bed...."No not That end.."

Amazing what a little bit of BS prevents...

Took a little 4 day break to see what occurred.

That was Brave of you..especially this time of year...

And all that pain returning is simply the oxygen levels in your blood dropping when your PH goes down.
It is quite Scarey really..

Did You opt to go back on BS on the 4th day..or did your Lady force you....?...."b0b's c0b"..we do get Grumpier as the the PH levels go down too..

In January/February I'm going to be standing by the staff room door force feeding baking soda and magnesium to all the staff as they clock in....."smile"

Sadly..I didn't get my bath..just never the right time...I'm going to have to get something rigged up here.

There are some Health giving mud flats near me..people go and get mudded up and lie in the sun...gotta be the magnesium effect..I'll be trying that come summer....

Lo Pagan Mud Baths

One of my favorite villages is a place called Lo Pagan and is just down from San Pedro Del Pinatar salt flats. It has a lovely beach area and is most famous for its mud baths.
In resent years some wooden jetties have been constructed with steps allowing you to get down to the water and of course to the glorious mud. It is about 5" to 6" deep and is warm and quite squashy under foot. Why do this you ask ?? Well here is why:-
This mud is recommended for many types of skin complaint such as ulcers, acne, inflammation abscesses it is also recommended for arthritis, rheumatism and gout.
This sediment that has formed contains high levels minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, fluorine, sulphur and chlorine and it has been discovered that applying it to the skin and allowing it to dry in the sun results in beneficial effects for many ailments
The skin is left soft and smooth it is the same style of treatment as a beauty spa but not quite so refined but the good news is it is free well at least it is at the moment. Down side it does smell a bit!!
Have fun and take a mud bath its a once in a life time experience but be sure to wash it off on the right side of the jetty as you will soon be told off by the locals if you don't. We call them the mud police :)
