You really start to have problems in the mid 60s/60% and if you get down into the 50s/60% you are going to get rot. 76°F gives you a cushion; now that does not mean you cannot get mold at these higher temperatures if things go wrong (fan quits etc..) it is just not likely.So if the temperatures are below 76F, there is a much greater chance for botrytis-mold ?
