Hello friends,

Starting a new journal for my two The Church from Green House Seed Co. they are currently 2 of 8 plants in my 5x5x6.5 tent. Other 6 are all autos and this is my first photoperiod grow.

Temps 70-75
RH 45-65
Lights 18/6 Started at 36 inches
Two x1000 w led (lonwon)
Solo cup/3 gallon/7 gallon (fabric)
Epsoma seed starter/perlite/FFOF
Purified water
Micro/grow/bloom advanced nutes
Various fans/humidifier

Game plan is to top these soon. Just finished transplant from solo cup to 3 gallon they are almost 3 weeks old and at 4th node.

They will veg and be tortured for around 6 weeks then transplanted to 7 gallon pots after all the autos are chopped.

Maybe another week there then 12 and 12 the tent. One plant gets their own 1000 watts for flower.

Thoughts or input from more experienced growers appreciated.

Just want to double check that you are aware that when using purified /filtered/RO water etc, you do not ph it until you have added something to the water.

Oh yeah it is just purified drinking water from Walmart. I may upgrade my home with a RO filter next year. My tap water is fairly hard and at PH over 8.0

I have PH up and down but hopefully won’t use it ever again unless I dabble in hydroponics.

Just straight gallons of store bought comes out perfect at about 6.3 and with my PH perfect nutrients I also just mix and water.

I do have the meters etc if problems arise in the future. But so far so good!

It’s been a few days plants are recovered from transplant and looking healthy. Node 5 is forming. Thinking the scissors are coming out today or tomorrow ✂️

Second pic of my three auto night queens out of the tent. They are picking up some size the last two weeks going into flower

Both these ladies got topped and are moving nicely stems getting nice and thick. Not they are being tied and tortured for the crucifix going on. Will update in a week friends.

Any advice on training these as short and stocky as possible? Think I’ll top the next highest nodes in another 2 weeks. They should have 8 as of now all evenly spread

The fun continues. Did some light defoliation on both ladies Betty and Sue. Then moved my bands and released the lowers. Trained both are now on an even level 8 tops looking fairly symmetrical and sexy.

Think we will go another week then look for something to cut again ✂️

Does anyone top multiple branches in one go ? Say i am keeping things fairly flat then two branches are dominating/healthiest could I top them both together

These both keep filling out then I’ve been pruning and extending rubber bands. You can see I completely stripped it this time and added additional bands to start directing and keep opening her up.

Think it will be a very pretty plant when it’s all said and done. Also topped two new shoots coming off the mains on top to see if they split into 4 more branches.

I will then try to keep only those branches at even level while vegging for about 4-5 more weeks before transplanting to 7 gallon and flipping tent.

Bonus pics included of northern lights, rqs diesel, and Californian snow. They are all stretching and pre flower. You can see
N lights vs. diesel the genetics are crazy different. Plucked a variety of big healthy fan leaves as well.

The bounce back on these mafuckas is impressive. So resilient it’s going to be fun molding this beautiful plant.
