got you pal also do you think you figured out what happened do you still think it was the root riots
No, I'm not blaming the Rapid Rooter plugs any more. It was my problem -- too much humidity caused damping-off of my replacement seeds. Here's was I figure happened .....
I germ'd one Zam Caramel seed back in late January. Looked fine, but I put it in my tent under CobShop Cobs when it was still tiny, and apparently had the light too close, so it got horribly fried (but not killed). I figured it would die, so I over the next few weeks I germ'd 3 more Caramels. Fearing a repeat fry-o-lator episode, I kept these replacement sprouts in a humidity-domed tray, on top of a heat mat, and under T5 lights. The humidity had to be over 90% I figure. It was a sauna. I kept them there for a week before moving them over to the tent. They looked good, but .... obviously they were doomed. And within a week or so they had all collapsed and died. Great learning lessons for me. Meanwhile, the original COB-fried plant has come back to life. It was comatose for several weeks, but now seems to be growing. Not sure when, if, or how much bud will develop, but I'll keep nursing her along to see what happens. :smoking:

Them dinafems og kush do love the cal, my og kush is same age. Old leaves wont heal for the most part but new ones look great. The red leaf stems are genetic i think or maybe only leds cause. But heres a shot of mine she gots red stems but no other deficient. View attachment 1027583

I don't like rapid rooters. They restrict fast root development early on and can actually somewhat strangle the stems when they get older. I've done side by sides with rapid rooters, rockwool and old fashioned Styrofoam cups. My 50/50 coco perilite mix in cups was always faster and healthier then rockwool then rooters.

A few leaves developed serious problem. I introduced a strong CalMg dosage into the feed program, and that seems to have prevented subsequent problems. But the initial leaves which first showed only slight issues at first continued to really crap out on me. Hopefully, we got things under control now.
Got it, but by updating week 6 i saw m missed week 5 pic....can you plz shot me that again ? thanks...
