Lighting TEST: 2Autocobs growing 2 autoflowers

Yes and no.. the plastic in totes is often different from those used in waste containers. Also, its not common for plastic to out-gass or leach at low temperatures. I think my bin may be ok but I'm not taking chances. Some totes are even food grade plastic as people store foods and grains in them. You can also fill one with warm water, let it set, then have the water tested, that's the best way to be sure.

Is this a serious problem? I just set one up a few weeks ago that's not food grade. More for grannies nicknacks.

I was thinking the 10 for myself smaller batches would allow nutes to be adjusted more often. May be good or bad not sure. I don't have autopots yet but will sometime after September lol. Gotta see how things play out.

I don't mess with my res. Set it and forget it till next time. And that's why I'm going back to mostly organic soil grows, all that chemistry set stuff is just not for me, at least not on a regular basis. And organic soil works great in auto pots! llok at these girls:

That not even really what you'd call super soil either, just a simple mix of black soil, coco coir, horse manure compost, Grow More Organic Palm Food, a little blood meal, lime, and Azomite.

I keep going back and forth for my next grow. Looking at Remo nutes then I run into pop runnin organic nothing but water seems so easy and looks so good. Plants look great @pop22

Chopped the last CBD haze and the greenhouse ones also. I'm going to say the second indoor plant will be about 20 grams, notbad considering she looked like a twig still a couple weeks ago! No popcorn and rock hard buds!

Cooking up the trim and some buds of the first plant now!

So pop, you started chopping the HazeCBD's on or about day57 thru day60? Those were DP's ? I only ask cause I have a Haze and IP CBD at 58, they say 70day plants but best THC/CBD ratio is with no Amber. So any day now as soon as I see all cloudy in your book? My first, so not sure. First anything for that matter.Lol Sorry pop, I meant Dinafem

These were from Dinafem, Haze CBD. I went by trichromes and they were 80% cloudy, with the greenhouse plants having a few ambers. So yes chop before you see amber. If you've got 80% or more cloudy trichs, its time to chop. You will get a buzz from a balanced plant with 1:1 ratio, which mine are ( relative across all buds ). I made coconut oil with the buds from the first plant chopped and its great! I get a very mild head buzz and a very relaxed feeling bodywise. Excellent pain relief, best I've had from any oil I've made!
