Everyone I know wants amber. Deep couch lock. When I see some amber pop up I go another 2 weeks. Personal preference

With this strain being more for its CBD medicinal properties, I wanted it to not be sedative. As harvested, I get great pain relief with a minor headbuzz. In a month, I won't get high from it at all. That's what I want, just medicine. I want to get stoned, a puff or two of Hammer of the Gods will do it quite well.....lol! I'm sure if someone were looking for an evening med, letting it go to amber might be good. Hard to say as there is not a lot of info from people using 1:1 CBD strains though, so we don't know if it makes the CBD more or less effective.

I'll be trying a few other 1:1 CBD:THC strains. I like this one a lot, but I'd like something more productive. I've looked around at other grows of this and 25-45oz seems to be the average. I'd like a strain that could produce 2-4oz per plant.

Thought I'd give you all an look at what's happening in this tent now. I have the 2 Rif Mountain Hash Plant males in there until my female are ready, another week I think. Guys are very happy under these lights and have grown in just the few days they've been in here.

Update:

Chopped one plant, the larger one in the tent. What a beautiful plant! Found 6-6 popcorn buds at the very bottom, ALL the rest were rock hard, some of the hardest buds I've ever grown! THIS is what I was looking for! And with no plant training other than occasionally rotating the plant a 1/4 turn. Not a big yield, but this strain is not a big yielder to begin with. I'm guessing 30 grams from this one. I had to flash dry a bud, to test. Should be ready soon!

pop, how do you quick or flash dry a Bud for a sample? And does the process help to get rid of unwanted green taste/smell?

I doubt there's anyway to speed dry without adversely affecting the taste, sorry bro it's a trade off, best let it dry slow and cure.

no, it doesn't help with taste. I use mulitple 10 second runs in the microwave, just enough to get water content steaming. 10 sec on, 10 off. 5-6 times will do it with only minor loss of terpenes. I only do a bud or two.

And without a doubt, weed actually gets better with a good cure.
