Hi fellow growers, I've started a new Dutch Passion AutoBlueberry and Think Different grow. I put two seeds of each strain into some moist toilet paper to germinate on the 7th of November.

My setup:
Space: Mammoth Pro 1.2×1.2m tent
Medium: Plagron Lightmix mixed with Plagron Coco Premium (2 x 2:1 and 2 x 1:1)
Additives: Mycorrhizae spores.
Containers: 2 × 15L Airpot, 1 x 16L Smartpot and 1 x weird stacked pot.
Light: 2 x Crazy LED Holographic Series 1 75W LED + T5 96W.
Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients Grow A+B, Bloom A+B, B-52, Sensizym, Voodoo Juice, Big Bud, Overdrive and Sensi Cal-Mag Extra (or molasses and epsom salt) (TaNg's feeding schedule).

They will share my perpetual autoflower tent with 1 Dutch Passion Think Different (day 79) and 3 Sweet Seeds Cream Mandarine XL Auto (day 50) until they're harvested.

Thanks Bunny! I haven't grown the DP AutoBlueberry before, but grew a few Sensi Seeds Blueberry (photo's) like 10 years ago, and they rocked. It was a beautiful flavour.

Hi everyone,

All seeds have cracked open and have been sowed. I'm trying out a different soil mix for this grow; Plagron Lightmix and Plagron Coco Premium. I also mixed in some Calcium (CaCO3), epsom salt and lava dust, as well as Mycorrhizae spores. The 2 AutoBlueberry are in 15L Airpots, in a 2:1 mix of soil:coco. One of the Airpots has some aquarium airstones in the bottom, which will be switched on after a few weeks. The 2 Think Different are in a 1:1 mix of soil:coco. One TD is in a 16L Smartpot, and the other is in a 15L 'frankenstein' pot; an 11.5L Smartpot + stacked 1L Airpots (all I had left :D).

It will be fun to see how this soil mix compares to my current TD in Lightmix only, and if extra oxygen @ the roots makes a difference.

ABB is wonderfully relaxing stuff but TD is the one.
Love the experiments, cracking stuff.

We have lift-off folks! All seedlings except one BB are above ground and open. The one BB is nearly there too, so today (12-11-2015) will be day 1.

I'll be watching this …curious about the airstones directly in the soil. Is the first time you've done this?

:welcome:

It is the first time. I got the idea from @Corgy and his Autopots with Airdomes in them. I had an airpump and airstones laying around so thought I would give it a go and do a side by side grow.

Yeah i've used the airdomes too, will be curious to see what blowing air straight onto the roots will do. Good luck.
