Ah i see, sorry, got it wrong there !

I've also heard of people using veg nutes near end of flower but i've forgotten the reason.

I've only ever tested feeding bloom from week 2 once several months ago and they got scrapped for another reason. Usually I switch from veg to bloom nutes day 30-35.
