Day 62:
A bit of defoliation again just to help air flow through my cramped little tent! Buds are getting really sticky, but still don’t appear to be swelling as much as I’d like. Maybe I’ve been hypnotised by my previous xxl grow so I’m expecting big buds like those but this is the first “non xxl” auto I’ve grown.
Smell is fruity, will get some trich pics taken as I’ll be checking these later. Tomorrow marks the end of week 9 (that’s the guideline finishing date) but I think I have at least a week or 2 to go yet.

Plant 1- definitely some amber coming in:

Plant 2 - all cloudy, amber won’t be far behind

So I think a week, max 2weeks before these get the chop. Just in time for the 4.20 battle season to start!

Day 66: Daily trich checks from now on in. Just plain ph’d water from now too I think. The buds really haven’t swelled very much and are quite fluffy , and although they’re all sticky and smell lovely, I fear that the yeild isn’t going to be great. So long as I have at least 3oz across the three ladies I will survive till my next grow completes.

Day 68: Trich check -
So snipped some bud from about half way down some of the outer stems this morning.... think I might be about ready to chop.... any one want to chip in with any feedback would be good - not that I think I have any problems or anything just be good to see what others think. Planning on letting them run till the weekend/Monday. So do I do the whole “leave them in the dark” from Friday till Monday or just leave them on their usual 20/4?

Day 70: so the ladies are going in to darkness in an hour and will never see the light again! So I thought I’d get some pictures of them out of the tent before I shut them in for 3 days of darkness and starvation! Definitely 2 types of pheno here, 1&2 are short with loads of fluffy buds, 3 is tall and leggy with rock solid buds but less of them. They all got the same feeds, waterings etc.
J47A-1:
So she’s by far the most frosty lady, super sticky everywhere. Short, but with lots of bud sites. Buds aren’t rock solid but not bad.

J47A-2:
Same height as 1, but not as frosty and fairly loose buds, but again, lots of them.

J47A-3:
This is the leggy lady, had to super crop one of the colas as it was too close to my light. She’s tall, slender and has rock hard, fairly frosty buds that have a tiny hint of dark purple to them (although that could just be a late deficiency lol).

So now it’s lights out..... night ladies, see you on Monday when I’m going to chop you up!

Actually they do smell different! The short ones have a lot fruitier smell, the tall lady seems a bit more diesel like but still with a hint of sweetness. Not sure if that makes sense lol - it does in my head! :smoking:

Day 73: chop day!!
Here’s some pics of my harvest! Hope you enjoy. I’ll post back in a week or so with dry weights per plant. I also bagged up 175g’s of quality trim and some popcorn as I’m going to make some bubble hash for the first time.

UPDATE: The dry weigh in is a little disappointing, but that is only because I set myself unrealistic expectations based on my previous Dinafem WW XXL grow which obviously was big as they were XXLs!

J47A-1:
32.4g

20.4g

J47A-3:
38g

So 90.8g’s all in (3.24oz). Hopefully it will last me through my next grow (Zamnesia Gorilla Glue), which I’ll be dropping this weekend at some point ready for the 420 battle.
