SSSC Super Sativa Seed Club - Ongoing Autoflower Action!

You have high humidity and I have low. You just confirmed my suspicions, that the sativa-dom likes humidity a lot and the other one seems to like it dry. The tall one looks very happy to me! - and I'm not so worried about mine looking wilty now that I know the reason.
Thank you so much for the rep!
I was looking through yours closely and I can definitely see the same traits in each of ours. Which conforms my seeds didn’t get switched :smoking:
I’m also thinking that the little one is going to be a big producer and the smell is just heavenly. I need to check it with the microscope now that you are seeing some cloudy. Best I could do today was 56%RH, I have a small humidifier in the tent but it’s on an inkbird controller and hasn’t kicked on in days LOL.
This humidity is killing my Drying tent and not much I can do about it lol.
Really looking forward to following the progress of your grow with these two !

Notice how they're growing differently too. The ones with Karel's genetics I mean. It could be a different pheno of course. But it could also be responding to the humidity (for you) and the lack of it for me. That would be cool...

I knew you didn't switch seeds but was planning to verify it first before sticking my neck out lol.

Day 61 for Afghan x Northern Lights ….what a beast! She would have been 7 feet tall without training…

Really hoping yours is an outlier @Frank the Dank. :crying: :doh:That is a mammoth plant. Based on her flowers, she may finish at 100. You will be well positioned for summer fun!
Impressed with the Karel’s cross too. Substantial main .
Haha yeah, she kinda took off these past weeks. She’s fast for such a large lady.
That AK47 haze is an impressive little plant to. Very frosty, and fast for such a dense little plant. She’ll probably come down in a week or so :pass:

And now my pressshhhusss:

The AHKL (Karel's genetics) is just past week 8 (planted seeds March 3rd). She's been outside for a couple of weeks now and nighttime temperatures have dropped as low as the mid 30s (°F) and have averaged low to mid 40s with warm days. She doesn't seem to care in the least. I haven't covered her once.

I have a lot to say about this cultivar so keep scrolling...

I absolutely love growing this auto! She's about the size I would expect for such a small pot, and I want to run it again in a large pot to allow it to reach its full potential. That said, she intends to give me maximum yield. I'm predicting two ounces of hard, dense, large buds.

I think she has a month yet. But every day her buds get bigger, fatter, denser and heavier. Buds are busting out of the side of buds and they're still lengthening every day. The supercropped main especially! She's putting on frost and smells delicious. Trichomes are mostly clear, though a good percentage are just starting to go cloudy.

I left some buds on the lowers and they're looking good and fat too. But I think next time I'll remove the lowers wherever they appear to make the top buds even fatter.

Assuming she's fire, of course: When she has a name and becomes available to buy, I'll be getting a pack or two for next summer. I can imagine growing rows upon rows of these in between tomatoes...

Man, i have to admit you're challenging me:):smoking: so you say your ANL is sativa dominant? The AK x KH cross has the same balance in the offsprings, that's where the strength and performance comes from, we're glad to see another happy grower!

Howdy from the stormy Virginia Mountain Hollers! :toke:
Week 8 Day #60
Both plants seem to be doing well. I’ve been on PawPaw duty all week so haven’t had much time to spend in the garden.
AK47 x Karels Haze x Lowryder- is really thickening up fast. It’s very sticky and has an amazing smell that brings me back to my teenage years, for whatever reason

Exactly 19” tall, getting watered twice a day from the bottom with RO water PH’d to 6.3. Averages about 1.5-2qt a day. Had some yellowing of the lower leaves earlier in the week and been Playing around with a few things and it seems to be coming back around nicely. Feed twice a week using Foop Nutrient line and right now the goal is 1.8-1.9 EC. Both plants are getting Cal-Mag
Weathers changing fast for us and it’s been a struggle keeping the humidity in check and the temps down. Tornadoes bouncing around and bad storms all over our area tonight.

Afghan x Northern Lights x Lowryder- This one seems to have stopped stretching and hopefully it will start filling in nicely soon. It’s a thirsty plant and I’m watering twice a day with around 3qt RO water PH’d to 6.3. Also watering from the bottom. It’s really funny to see how fast this one sucks it up, literally can suck up 1qt in 1-2 minutes :yoinks:
It’s just a hair over 28” tall still feeding twice a week on the same Foop Nutrient schedule and EC goal. Not sure if she’s getting droopy or it’s just me taking photos when she’s preparing to sleep before lights out. She’s also a little lighter and I’d like to get some green back into the leaves asap.

I’ll be in the garden most of the day tomorrow and will see about making some changes and can watch them closer.
Catch y’all next week
:bighug:
If you have been in touch with Chem Dog OG Fire in your youth that could be the reason why you're familiar with the AKH variety:)

Do you take ph inpot?:d5:

The one with Karel's genetics seems to lean in the indica direction, but the other one is definitely acting like a sativa.
