SSSC Super Sativa Seed Club - Ongoing Autoflower Action!

Today is Friday the 13th, and God hates me.

Yesterday evening, a big gust of wind blew my screen door off the house and into my beautiful tester with Karel's genetics. It broke every single branch except the two bottom ones. Completely. Each branch was hanging on by a thread.

I taped them up, but am not optimistic. It's at least three weeks before harvest. I'll post pictures later. If this doesn't work out and I think it won't, instead of the 2+ ounces I expected I won't get more than 15 grams. If that. Just barely enough to evaluate the smoke.

I wish today was April Fool's but it ain't.

Day 43:

The ANLR is still looking a little wilty most of the time but she's otherwise healthy. We had a 1% RH day this week and the rest of the week was dry as well. She's no longer stretching obviously...bud sites are still growing every day. I was lucky enough to be at home during the so-called epidemic, but am back at work now so haven't had the time to give her the attention she deserves.

The AHKL (my fave if you missed that) might be ok after all. It's too early to tell, but I'm starting to get optimistic. The main supercropped cola is my biggest concern though, and I don't want to lose it but we'll see. I'm starting to think she's able to take a lickin' and keep on tickin'. If she does keep it together this may be the perfect auto.

I do think I'm on track for ugliest plant award. :baked:

Here's one of the two branches that didn't break:

On the last update I thought the leaves were looking lighter and it was looking droopy. I think I may have been overwatering, been holding off on daily waterings and notices leaves not dropping as much and starting to get some green back and looking healthier. I cleared out some fan leaves and lower insignificant bud sites
Watered with above mixture in same manner as AK, added 20oz to clean pan. Let it sit awhile, tried adding remainder of quart and it wouldn’t take it all.

I made it! Day 75 and the one with Karel's genetics is almost done. Furthermore, I didn't lose any product by all the broken branches. I miked it just now and most of the trichomes are quartz. There are just a very few clears and ambers are showing up on some of the buds.

I'm not sure whether I missed it before because I was checking in direct sunlight, or whether the stress of the screen door almost obliterating the entire plant made her want to finish. But I predict harvest by day 80. Next Friday. Maybe God loves me after all!

I checked trichomes just after the sun went down in full shade and was able to see those beautiful little mushroom heads perfectly. From now on I'll move plants into the shade to scope them.

I just posted a picture two days ago, so won't bother posting another one until Friday.

Oh my bad mate! Indeed that's no good news and we hope you can scratch at least some harvest from it.

Hope is dying at least and fate can grant some extra for good souls:) give the KH a good cure and you'll earn some extra fine weed from the master himself!

I'm looking forward to a great cure, an ear-ringing smoke test and the name of this cultivar. :bighug:

@SuperSativaSeedClub-David, after taping it I got some browning on a few fans but otherwise she just kept on growing. The buds appear to be getting what they need to give me what I want. I'm not going to lose anything, turns out.

This cultivar can handle anything you throw at it.
