SPOTS AND CURLED UP DRY LEAVES

Hello Everyone, these are my Girls . They are 5 weeks and I’ve been noticing that the small bottom leaves have been curling up, drying and not changing . & also I’ve seen some small holes or white spot on them on both of them . I don’t know what it is and neither do I know what to do to help it . Please guys help me I don’t want these beautiful ladies to die or get damaged . Pictures attached below

like already mentioned normal lighting would be best but i dont see anything major yet them lower leafs wilting is normal

im by no means a expet when it comes to these things so its hard for me to say your best bet for help is make a post in here with those pics
