I'm thinking the 3k just in case I ever wanna add it to a flower tent .... Right. I know the 4k is more for veg but I think the 3k should veg just fine. I also found mars hydro has a 150 watt v3rsion of the qb for around 140 bucks . I'm checking that out too

Yeah I'm using the 3k and it was fine in veg, only thing I would say is that the Mars uses Epistar diodes and not Samsung which are nowhere near as efficient as far as I understand, but maybe head over to the LED section and ask the pros over there as I'm no expert by any means!

Update

Purple Berry Kush is getting fat now and her colours are definitely coming out, still mainly clear trichs with a couple cloudy so I'm thinking 2 more weeks.

Cheese doing great, calyxes are becoming swollen, not the biggest buds but there rock solid, got about 75/25 clear to cloudy so still time left at least a week.

Purple Berry Kush is getting fat now and her colours are definitely coming out, still mainly clear trichs with a couple cloudy so I'm thinking 2 more weeks.

Plants look like perfect specimens of both strains, Chro! Nice job on helping them reach FULL potential. The smoke should be amazing. Two distinct flavors and effects. Killer harvest!

Thanks Sleazy! Yeah the cheese is stinky but the Kush is on another level, I took off a couple leaves last night had a shower this morning and still smelt of it!
