Lighting 2nd round ISH265 pro - berries and cheese!

My pleasure. Your plants and skills are on point and I intent to do a photo run myself with my Invisible Sun LEDs later this year. Been a while since I ran photos but I want to do a phenohunt and try making my own clones..
Mostly I ran autos for the last years, they have been amazing in speed, yield, potency and whatnot but always the difference in phenotypes is starting to annoy me, haha!
Anyway I will keep an eye on this grow my man!
:pass:
Yeah Autos are great for speed and yield but I just didn't get the flavour I am looking for, I will give autos another shot at some point but I have my seeds for the next 2 photo runs so wont be for a while, really liking these Spliff Seeds genetics though especially the Kush :cooldance:

Opened up the Cheese and defoliated both girls, Kush is stacking and buds I think are going to get chunky on this girl!
Cheese is a bit more sativa leaning and has long internode spacing but if she fills in she will yield very well, light is now 13 inches from cheese and 14 from Kush.

Very nice progression on both girls since 6 days before man, nothing but awesomeness! :d5:
I'm sure the opening up that you did will work miracles too!

But 13"? That is pretty damn close if you ask me, I never dared lowering mine that low! I have them at 18" (60cm) and some of my 12 plants show the first signs of lightstress. So I either dim them down or move them up a bit higher. However, they are pretty powerful lights and I am very happy with mine.
Are you running them at fullpower?

Thanks Justin, remember these are photoperiods and not Autos so they can handle more light intensity plus they only get 12 hours per day instead of 20 or 24, there are no signs of light stress yet but will back the lights off if I see any.
I am running these lights almost maxed out, I bought one of those plugin watt meters you have and am running the light at 290-300 watts, this is max I can run before they start to flicker, I will keep moving the light closer to see how close I can get it but think 10 inches will be the closest.
Tag me in your journal if you have one??

Yea you are right, them autoflowers are sensitive bitches, both in lightning and in nutrients!

I run mine at around 225-240 watts from the wall, I have two in a 5x5 (I' m not using up all the space) and figured that that is the sweetspot for me in efficiency vs powerdraw.
Have done two completed runs with them and my current run is halfway done and this is what seems to be ok for me and my auto's.
Both runs went real smooth with good yields of quality cannabis but still i have a feeling I have not dialled the boards in completely and could do more with them.

No journal at the moment but my next round will be a fully documented one and I will tag you in!

Looks like some of my posts have disappeared so here is an update, this is the girls a couple days ago.
Day 46 12/12

Cheese - day 27 since pistils

Both going along nicely, kush has filled in now so time to put on the weight, cheese is going well but filling in slowly and dont think she will fill in all the way but smelling delicious!

Werkly Update
Not long to go now for both girls maybe 2 weeks, 3 weeks max.
Kush has really fattened up this week and she is starting to get a slight pinkish purple colour coming through which is cool.
Cheese has also been fattening up and going well but she is starting to get some rough leaves and shes fading, cant wait to chop these 2 down and smoke them up

Colours really coming through on the Kush, cheese is almost done and damn frosty, both are fox tailing kush worse then cheese as it's been hot, tent has been high 80's but bag appeal doesn't bother me, I'm just chasing flavour and if these 2 taste as good as they smell then I will be a happy man.

Lastupdate for the cheese before chop tomorrow night, cant wait to try her but not looking forward to trimming her up, shes a bit of a mess as her branches have started flopping all over the place.
Kush is continuing on for another week, just gave her a dose of winter frost to push for that last bit of trichome production.
