Cheese is chopped, dry and in jars, cant find my scales but there are 5 jars almost filled up so anywhere between 4-5 ounces so not to bad, Kush is coming down in a few hours, she is foxtailing to fuck but all good!
Happy with how the cheese is shaping up, got that green chlorophyll smell still but I'm definitely getting hints of that classic sweet skunky cheese smell coming through and i tried the tester bud, wasn't expecting any flavour but to my surprise it was pretty flavourful this early so looking forward to a couple weeks time after some curing!
