New Grower smart pot dimensions

does anyone know the dimension of a 4 gal smartpot?

Thing is I found this.

Smart Pot Dimensions:
1 Gallon - 7" x 5.5"
2 Gallon - 8" x 7"
3 Gallon - 10" x 8.5"
5 Gallon - 12"x10.5"
7 Gallon - 14" x 10.5"
10 Gallon - 16" x 12.5"
15 Gallon - 18"x14.5"
20 Gallon - 20 x 14.5"
25 Gallon - 21" x 16.5"
30 Gallon - 24" x 16.5"
45 Gallon - 27" x 18"
65 Gallon - 32" x 18"
100 Gallon - 38" x 20"
200 Gallon - 50" x 24"

but 4 gal is not listed & it doesn't say which one is length and which is width?

I need to know since I'm figuring out some stuff for my new grow.

I'm guessing the number on the right is length?

4 gallon is equivalent to 16 liters or? i use the 16 liter smart pots and they are 33cm widh and 30cm height
