Thank you @Zaaboot for following along. I'm going to keep this thread about the over all garden, my clone runs, bud porn, hash making, upgrades that sort of thing.
I'm about to start a blog on my breeding, I want to keep that info separate.

For my concentrates I mainly like to make traditional hash, Ice water extracted and of recent hand working the Afghan way.
Wash 01 from the extraction go's to my freind for pressing into rosin which then share.
In my breed space I do full hash runs through the winter. Water temp out of the tap is far to warm to wash good bud in the summer even with all that ice. A third to half down on the return.

Here's what I made recently from my trim.
My first blonde hash.

That hash looks well nice :smoking: :smoking:

I've just read your intro. Very nice thing you did/do for your friends. I'm also in the caretaker boat. It can be difficult but quite rewarding. Growing and seeing the help, relief, and benefits has changed my opinions a lot.

I do hope things are well with you outside of growing. Life is not easy and mens health is often on the back burner. (I'm assuming a bit here but I think I saw your hands in the brisket posts. hahaha)

I'm glad we are in the times we are and metal health all round is being recognised more and there is help out there.
I look back at my poor old grandaddy, 18 when he joined up in 1938 for the war. He silently suffered from PTSD until he died. Now I'm understanding it I'm seeing my granddads behaviour in different light now.
He was never mean just grumpy a lot.

Very nice indeed - I am very partial to hash myself, love that you are trying different pressing techniques, it really changes everything from flavours to hit.

I grew up on hash back in the day and the more I learn the more I get intrigued.
I've got 10g temple ballz from each of my harvest maturing. Some I'm locking down for 5yrs and some for 10. Cracking the first on my 50th.

I'm newer here but it's always great to have the OGs around so it's awesome you made your way back here! I've had my fair share of issues with mental health so I can definitely relate, it's really great to hear you're getting better! Hope it's all upwards from here for you.
Looks like you have a ton of awesome stuff going on and a bunch of great info here so I'm definitely going to follow along and keep up.

oh yes!!!! that really is the way to go _ i remember in one of your older posts about t'ol West Country, same here and hash was always the way, the travellers used to get their hands on some prime examples back in the day. Moved away now, but head down every few months to stock up on pollen and any random blacks they may have. There was a book I got from one of the old guys called Hashish (just found it online 140$...from 1998 by Robert Clarke) and it covered origins, history, consumption, production and chemistry of Hashish, it was my bible for many many moons until I lost it...absolutely fascinating stuff, ever since then its been an obsession of mine going to as many places as possible to taste and where viable watch, and now making various forms of hash.
Anyway, I will be quiet now and watch the show :pass:
