Should i start trimming my autos?

I generally defoliate whether there are multiple overlapping fans like you have. Otherwise, it depends on airflow. I used to worry about light exposure down the cola but I quit worrying about it and haven't noticed much adverse effect, if any. IMHO, YMMV, etc.

What Bloom products are you feeding?
All purpose is okay I don't think you have to flush because I didn't see any burn on those leafs.
Also there was a little burning on the lower leaves but the reason I thought nitrogen toxicity is mostly be ause the leaves were clawing

Second update and second trim, today I took off just a little more, of the bottom stuff. Pics don't do justice but I definitely see a difference, I can huddle all my plants closer to the light now. Also as you can see just a little tying being done to pull lower branches out from under the canopy so they get light.

In a few days I'm going to do one final trim to remove some of the large fan leaves near the top.

3rd update.....for anyone still interested just over a week ago I was debating whether to trim my autos. I decided to do it and have done three separate trims since then. I think the results have been great, much better airflow, lots of developing bud sites. I will say though it was time consuming, each snip took a lot of thought. Pics don't do just but I think you can see a big.difference now.

I have also been gently tying and tugging some if the lower branches out from under the canopy to give them more light
