Update:

I think my girls' roots were perhaps a bit too tender for the super soil. They are coming around now though. They are on day 12.

They got a nice shot of H2o with Organic fair trade molasses on the last watering, yesterday. They seem to be liking that so far.

I went ahead and culled the lowest branches and buried the main stem deeper by adding more topsoil yesterday too. That got their upper growth going.
