New Grower sexing height

Quick question.. and I know it will change with
Strain but what would be a avg plant height at when
Plants are sexed? Looking to make a small grow box that's
Low key to keep the ladies in till they're ready to enter flower
Chamber. Any thoughts appreciated

im no pro but i hear alot say 24-30 days and if its a small box where the light can be compact they can grow very short .....Micro threads on here
they could be 12" or less sometimes
i have a BR she is at 10.25" and im starting to see a pistol or 2 not to sure i need a couple more days ....but she looks for she to be female just need the hair tomorrow maybe she starting some good lateral branching

It's hard to guess the height of plants on average.Every plant is different and I have grown the same strain with every thing the same and still they all grew a little different.I have three girls that are 36 days old and just started showing pistols and ther 16 inches tall.I have had some show sex at two weeks,so it veries alot.:smokebuds:

The kind of light you are using and the height of the light will factor in. Generally the plants have about 5 nodes by the time they sex, and if your maintaining the optimum node spacing, about 1", they will be around 5-6" tall by then. What type of lights are you planning on using?

Will be using t5 HO lights till they're sexed.

You should be able to get those pretty close to the tops of the plants so controlling your node spacing should be easy. Just raise or lower them as needed to keep that 1" node spacing.
