New Grower seeds going the wrong way

ok what do you do if your seeds grow down the wrong way. do u take them out and turn them the rite way so the tap root goes down instead of the head going the wrong way:smokebuds:
 
no... not usually a good idea...they're real fragile at this stage... best to let them "seek" the light... some people like to plant seeds "point down" so they dont have that issue... but honestly...I never found it neccesary... they've got quite a will to grow and promote their species.
 
Don't worry, Seeds don't always land the right way in nature!!!!
 
You'r OK they are not growing the wrong way. Leave it alone. The root will about turn itself and point down, once down an inch or so it will start pushing the seed shell up out of the soil and it is that action that usually knocks the seed shell off as it's working the sprout above soil.

Ideally you want to sow the seed so that the root tip comes out the top of the seed so that it can turn down but as said above, nature doesn't always land the right way and most still survive.
